Here are some helpful hints to get
you through the application process.

Step 1:

Register

  • Register with the talent warehouse. It only takes a few moments to complete the basic information and upload your resume.
  • Be sure you note your login information for future use.
 

Step 2:

Search For An

Opportunity

  • Once registered, visit the Employment Opportunities tab and click Job Search.
  • You can search using keywords (“project management” or “software engineer,” for example) or just click Search to see all open opportunities.
  • Once the results are displayed, click the line item of the job you’re interested in learning more about.
 

Step 3:

Apply

  • You’ll be asked to verify the profile information when you apply; be sure to let us know how you landed here through the Application Source Type drop-down menu.
  • When you’re done, click Send Application.
 

After You

Apply: Check

your status

  • Please be patient during the application evaluation period; our Talent Acquisition team is searching for the most-qualified candidates.
  • If you wish to check the status of your submission, click Employment Opportunities, then My Application.
  • If it’s still in “draft status,” your application hasn’t been submitted. Check the grey box to the left of the chosen position, click Apply, and you’re good to go.
 

Forgotten or

Locked Password

  • From the Login screen, click Password Forgotten.
  • Enter your email address and click Request Password. If you do not remember your User Name, leave this field blank.
  • You’ll receive an email with a temporary password and your User Name so you can log in and customize your password.
  • After updating your password, you’ll automatically return to your profile page and the process is complete.
  • Note: Failed attempts can lock your password; you may either wait 20 minutes and try again or follow the reset instructions above.

  • You can attach your resume in most standard file formats (.pdf, .txt, .doc, .docx, .jpeg, .jpg), provided it doesn’t exceed 2MB.
 

Mobile Devices

  • Sorry, our online submission process is not compatible with mobile devices at this time.

  • Contact VSP Global TA Support. You can typically expect a reply no later than the next business day. Please include “VSP Global Careers Support Request” in the subject line. So your filters will know to accept our emails, please add VSP Global TA Support to your address book.

  • What You Can Expect
    • Once we receive your email or voicemail, we will contact you regarding next steps.
    • You may need to show proof regarding the need for your requested accommodation.
    • VSP Global will only share information regarding your requested accommodation with those individuals who have a specific need to know.
    • The request for an accommodation will not affect VSP Global's hiring decisions.
